Frequently Asked Questions
What types of flour do you use?
Using organic flour is really important to us. Supporting farms that prioritize soil health and sustainability is part of how we care for our community and the planet. That’s why we only use organic flour from grains grown and milled locally (sourced largely from NY and PA). We also mill our own whole grain flour in-house on stone mills every single day.
Do you accept SNAP / EBT?
Yes, we proudly accept SNAP/EBT for eligible items! Growing up low-income in Wayne County it has always been a goal of ours to make our breads made with local and organic ingredients accessible to everyone in our community.
Can you freeze your bread?
Absolutely! All of our breads freeze beautifully. Just slice it first (if you like), wrap it tightly, and freeze. Toast straight from frozen or let it thaw at room temperature. We also sell frozen sliced bread, just ask us what we have available the next time you stop by.
Do you take pre-orders?
Yes! Pre-orders open every Tuesday at 9am and close Thursday at 6pm for pickup on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. You can place your order online at order.rogerthatbakery.com
